I can't withdraw my money, why?
Make sure that you have validated your account and your identity. To do this, go to your "Profile".
Click on your wallet located at the top right, if the money you wish to withdraw is not in the "Credits" category, the money is not withdrawable.
If the money you wish to withdraw is in the "Cards" category, you will need to sell your cards to convert this value into a withdrawable balance.
If the money you wish to withdraw is in your "Gift" credits, it is not withdrawable. It is used to invest in new cards.
The minimum amount for a withdrawal is €52.50 (including fees), it will not be possible to withdraw below this amount.
